Pricing: Our Services are offered on a monthly subscription basis at the current published rate. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice.
Billing: Subscription fees are billed monthly. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle.
Money-Back Guarantee: New subscribers may request a full refund within 30 days of their initial subscription if they are not satisfied with the Services.
No Contracts: Our Services are month-to-month. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you provide to us (business name, logos, photos, copy). You grant SiteBuild a license to use this content solely to build and host your website.
Website Design: The website design and templates created by SiteBuild remain our intellectual property. Upon cancellation, you may request a copy of your website files for a transfer fee, or we may offer a transfer arrangement at our discretion.
Your Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that all content you provide is accurate, does not infringe on third-party rights, and complies with applicable laws.
Our receptionist service answers incoming calls to your business phone number. The receptionist will:
The receptionist does not provide quotes, book appointments, answer technical questions, or transfer calls. Call recordings and transcripts may be retained for quality assurance and service improvement.
By signing up, you consent to receive service-related communications from SiteBuild via phone, text, and email. If you also provide marketing consent, you agree to receive marketing calls and texts, including those made using an artificial or prerecorded voice, an automated telephone dialing system, or automated texting system, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You may revoke marketing consent at any time by contacting us or replying STOP to any text message.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SiteBuild, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our Services. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
